| A: | Our Products are branded 'made in Germany' because they are manufactured using state-of-the-art CNC machines at our headquarters in Renningen. Especially this process gives us the possibility to quickly respond to any changed or desires at any time. The in-house production also allows for an excellent delivery capacity and a high degree of flexibility. |

| Q: | What does ACROS have to do with BIONICON? |
| A: | ACROS produced the first small batches of parts for BIONICON. Later on however they decided to continue their production in the far east. |
| Q: | Does ACROS visit tradeshows? |
| A: | Events are especially important to ACROS, as it ensures a close contact to our customers. During these events we offer our customer an extensive service, give set-up tips or inform them about recent news. We also have our own booth at the EUROBIKE in Friedrichshafen where we work intensively on developing our dealers network and provide dealers with all the essential information. In the Events section on our homepage you can attain more information on which events and tradeshows we are planning to attend. |

| A: | The AUDI-Mountainbike (Cross Pro) had the new ACROS single crown fork POGNA built in. The bike was distributed with a special AUDI limited version of the POGNA |
| Q: | What does ACROS have to do with Bergwerk? |
| A: | Lutz Scheffer ( previously BERGWERK, now CANYON) was involved in the development concerning the design and construction of the first ACROS forks. The forks have since then been completely revised by ACROS, without the influence of Lutz Scheffer. |
| Q: | What does ACROS have to do with Rotor? |
| A: | Everything and nothing. Everything started with the company name ROTOR. Due to some unfortunate combinations of bad luck and bureaucracy we decided to change the name to ACROS. |
| Q: | What does ACROS have to do with VOTEC? |
| A: | Luth Scheffer developed the first suspension forks for VOTEC. Since he was also part of the developmental team of the first MAMBA, there are certain obvious similarities. |
| Q: | Why Professional Bike Components? |
| A: | Our products cover a large range of components such as hubs, wheels, headsets and bottom brackets. This means that we are the only company that can offer a complete gearing set-up. Our components represent innovation. Products that provide an alternative to mass production, for people who value quality, innovation and individuality and know the meaning of the 'made in Germany' label. ACROS doesn't offer complete bikes but supplies high-end components. That is the reason our slogan reads 'Professional Bike Components'. |
| Q: | Is it possible to purchase ACROS products abroad? |
| A: | Of course. In the CONTACT section you can find the required information. Please not that the foreign Importers are wholesaler. As manufacturer we can only supply OEM's, wholesaler and retailer. Direct customers should always contat their local retailer for information regarding the purchase of ACROS products. |
